(Exodus), and Central Star Behavioral Health, Inc. (Central Star), previously executed on July 5, 2022, by the County Administrative Officer, acting as Emergency Services Director, adding stand by and alternative services for: a. Exodus Agreement No. 22-259 for adult and youth crisis stabilization center services with no change to the term of July 1, 2016, through June 30, 2022, and increasing the maximum compensation by $61,750 to a total of $74,069,233; b.
