SUBJECT: Retroactive Amendment I to Agreement with Social Solutions Global, Inc.
RECOMMENDED ACTION(S):
TITLE
Approve and authorize the Chairman to execute a retroactive Amendment I to Agreement No. A-22-239 with Social Solutions Global, Inc., to revise the name from Social Solutions Global, Inc. to Bonterra Tech LLC, effective December 31, 2023, with no change to the term of July 1, 2022, through June 30, 2027, or compensation maximum of $648,685.
REPORT
There is no Net County Cost associated with the recommended action which will approve a retroactive correction of the vendor's business name from Social Solutions Global, Inc. to Bonterra Tech LLC. The change is only for internal administrative purposes and the agreement terms and conditions remain unchanged. This item is countywide.
ALTERNATIVE ACTION(S):
There are no viable alternative actions. Should your Board opt not to approve the recommended action, the vendor's name will remain unchanged, which would create invoice payment and contract extension issues moving forward.
RETROACTIVE AGREEMENT:
The recommended action is retroactive to December 31, 2023, as that is the effective date of the name change for the vendor. The Department was notified of the need for this name change on June 26, 2025, and the recommended Amendment was finalized on August 29, 2025.
FISCAL IMPACT:
There is no increase in Net County Cost associated with the recommended action. There are no changes to the maximum compensation amount ($648,685), which will continue to be offset with 2011 Realignment funds. Sufficient appropriations and estimated revenues are included in the Department's Org 5610 FY 2025-26 Adopted Budget and will be included in subsequent budget requests.
