RECOMMENDED ACTION(S):
TITLE
Approve and authorize the Chairman to execute First Amendment to Agreement with KWPH Enterprises, d.b.a. American Ambulance, for dispatching of ambulances in Kings County through the Fresno County Emergency Medical Services Communications Center, effective upon execution with no change to the term of July 1, 2023 through June 30, 2026 and increasing the maximum by $144,168 to a total of $252,294.

FISCAL IMPACT:

There is no Net County Cost associated with the recommended actions. The recommended revenue agreement with American Ambulance will provide an increase of $144,168 ($72,084 annually) for County costs associated with the dispatch of ambulances in Kings County starting July 1, 2024. Sufficient appropriations and estimated revenues will be included in the Department's Org 5620 FY 2024-25 Recommended Budget and will be included in subsequent budget requests.
