RECOMMENDED ACTION(S):
TITLE
Approve and authorize the Chairman to execute the Standard Agreement with the California Department of Housing and Community Development for funds from Round 7 of the Transitional Housing Program and Round 4 of the Housing Navigation and Maintenance Program, effective upon execution by the State, through five years from the effective date, total not to exceed $1,491,333.

FISCAL IMPACT:

There is no increase in Net County Cost associated with the recommended action. If approved, the Department would receive $945,909 of THP and $545,424 of HNMP funding that must be expended by June 30, 2028. Sufficient appropriations and estimated revenues are included in the Department's Org 5610 FY 2025-26 Adopted Budget and will be inc...
