TITLE
Approve and authorize the Chairman to execute a student intern agreement with the California State University Fresno Foundation to provide student interns for the Department of Public Works and Planning, effective upon execution, with a term not to exceed five consecutive years, which includes a three-year base and two optional one-year extensions, total not to exceed $350,000.
