RECOMMENDED ACTION(S):
TITLE
1. Approve and authorize the Chairman to execute retroactive Third Amendment to Agreement with NMK Research and Consulting to extend the term of the existing Agreement for evaluation services of the Tobacco Prevention Program by six months from January 1, 2022 to June 30, 2022 with no change to the compensation maximum of $103,256.

Approval of the second recommended action will allow California Health Collaborative (CHC) more time and the necessary funding to cover operational costs through June 30, 2022 to assist the Tobacco Prevention Program (TPP) with developing the enforcement and implementation plan disseminating the data collected and work to find solutions to best address the communities concern over youth access to tobacco products in the City of Fresno. This item is countywide.
