SUBJECT: Salary Resolution Amendment

RECOMMENDED ACTION(S):
TITLE
Approve Amendment to the Salary Resolution, deleting twelve (12) Deputy Sheriff positions in Position Group 3 within Sheriff-Coroner-Public Administrator's Org 3111, effective February 2, 2026, as reflected on Appendix "A".

The Sheriff-Coroner-Public Administrator's FY 2025-26 Adopted Budget Org 3111 contains sufficient appropriations and estimated revenues for ongoing operations following the deletion of these positions. Because the staffing threshold has now been met, no additional Deputy Sheriff vacancies under this emergency allocation shall be filled. The department is returning to your Board to delete the allocations, all of which...
