SUBJECT: Retroactive Second Amendment to Master Agreement No. A-22-213
RECOMMENDED ACTION(S):
TITLE
Approve and authorize the Chairman to execute a retroactive Second Amendment to Master Agreement No. A-22-213 for Training Services to revise the fee schedule and add vendor NexGen Training Solutions, LLC, effective July 1, 2026, with no change to the term of June 1, 2022 through June 30, 2027, or compensation maximum of $795,000.

This item is countywide.

The Department would work with the Purchasing Division of the General Services Department to identify alternatives training options. This process could result in a lapse of services and place the Departm...
