Discuss and approve sending a letter signed by all members of the Board of Supervisors to the San Joaquin River Conservancy reaffirming the County of Fresno’s support for Alternative 5B, providing for access to the San Joaquin River as part of the Eaton Trail Extension Project at the intersection of Palm Avenue and East Nees Avenue in Fresno, and reaffirming the County of Fresno’s opposition to Alternative 1 providing for direct access to the San Joaquin River at River Drive
