SUBJECT: 2023-2025 Annual Reports of the Fresno County Public Law Library
RECOMMENDED ACTION(S):
TITLE
Retroactively receive the Fresno County Public Law Library Annual Reports for the Fiscal Years ending 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25.
ALTERNATIVE ACTION(S):
There is no alternative action.
FISCAL IMPACT:
The recommended action has no fiscal impact.
DISCUSSION:
Pursuant to the California Business and Professions Code section 6349, county law libraries are to submit their annual reports to their respective Board of Supervisors after the close of each fiscal year, with a copy filed with the County’s Auditor. The reports must detail the law library’s financial condition, revenues, expenditures, and operational activities for the preceding fiscal year.
The Annual Reports for the referenced fiscal years are being presented at this time following internal administrative and personnel transitions that impacted prior report preparation and submission timelines. These Annual Reports were reviewed by an independent auditor prior to submission.
OTHER REVIEWING AGENCIES:
The 2023-2025 reports were approved by the Law Library Board of Trustees on December 17, 2025.
