SUBJECT: Retroactive Assignment of Agreement with eCivis, Inc. to Euna Solutions, Inc.
RECOMMENDED ACTION(S):
TITLE
Approve and authorize the Chairman to execute a retroactive Assignment of Rights and Delegation of Duties under Agreement No. A-23-552 with eCivis, Inc. to Euna Solutions, Inc., effective January 1, 2025, with no change to the potential five-year term of October 1, 2023, to September 30, 2028, or the maximum compensation of $600,000.
REPORT
There is no additional Net County Cost associated with the recommended action. The County's vendor, eCivis, Inc. (eCivis), has legally changed its name to Euna Solutions, Inc. (Euna) and began operating as Euna as of January 1, 2025. Approval of the recommended action will assign, transfer, and delegate all rights, benefits, responsibilities, and obligations under Agreement No. A-23-552 to Euna to continue providing software and support for a full-service grant management platform. This item is countywide.
ALTERNATIVE ACTION(S):
Should your Board not approve the recommended action, the County will be unable to continue to receive products and services under the agreement with eCivis. The Information Technology Services Department (ITSD) would then work with the General Services Department - Purchasing Division to conduct a new competitive selection process for these services.
RETROACTIVE AGREEMENT:
The recommended Assignment of Rights and Delegation of Duties (Assignment) is retroactive to January 1, 2025, the effective date of eCivis' name change to Euna. This item is brought before your Board for consideration at the earliest available date following internal review and determination of the appropriate method to document the name change.
