SUBJECT: Approve and Adopt the Revised 2022 Board Meeting Schedule
RECOMMENDED ACTION(S):
TITLE
1. Approve and adopt the revised 2022 regular meeting schedule of the Board of Supervisors; and
2. Direct the Clerk of the Board to publish the amended 2022 meeting schedule of the Board of Supervisors on the Fresno County website and to advise all County departments of the revised meeting schedule and submission dates for agenda items.
REPORT
ALTERNATIVE ACTION(S):
Your Board could choose not to make changes to the Board meeting schedule.
FISCAL IMPACT:
There is no fiscal impact associated with the recommended action.
DISCUSSION:
On September 21, 2021, the Board of Supervisors adopted their meeting schedule for 2022. The proposed revised 2022 regular meeting schedule of the Board of Supervisors will move the October 4 meeting to October 11; move the October 18 meeting to October 25; add a meeting on November 29; delete the December 6 and December 20 meetings; and add a meeting on December 13. This change would not reduce the number of regular scheduled Board meetings from 22. Attachment A is the proposed revised 2022 Board of Supervisors regular meeting schedule.
