SUBJECT: First Amendment to Master Agreement for Emergency Response and Supplemental Plumbing Services
RECOMMENDED ACTION(S):
TITLE
Approve and authorize the Chairman to execute First Amendment to Master Agreement No. A-23-536 for emergency response and supplemental plumbing services, increasing the maximum compensation by $1,000,000 to a total of $2,000,000, with no change to the potential five-year term of October 10, 2023 through October 9, 2028 (4/5 vote).

FISCAL IMPACT:
There is no increase in Net County Cost associated with the recommended action, which will increase the maximum compensation by $1,000,000 to $2,000,000. All costs associated with these services are funded through chargebacks to user departments.
