Presentation update to County Board of Supervisors
As part of ABIRC’s work, we are presenting current update information on work completed. As the County is one of the representatives on the North Kings Groundwater Sustainable Agency Board (NKGSA) regarding the Sustainable Groundwater Management Act, 2014 (SGMA), it is important that our representatives are aware of this process and its impact to a segment of their constituents, the small SEA farmers within the North Kings GSA and possibly other GSA.
