Consent Agenda  
Items listed under the Consent Agenda concern matters which are routine in nature and usually approved by a  
single vote. Prior to action by the Board of Supervisors, Board members and the public will be given the opportunity  
to remove any item from the Consent Calendar.  
During the Approve Consent Agenda item, members of the public must either approach the podium and state the  
Consent Agenda Item number(s) they would like to provide in-person comments for, or register for the specific  
item(s) online to provide remote comments.

The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Title II covers the programs, services, activities, and facilities owned or  
operated by state and local governments like the County of Fresno. Further, the County promotes equality of

designee, as the official designated to execute a Grant Application/Agreement, including  
Certificate of Assurance and Subrecipient Grants Management Assessment forms for the 2026  
Paul Coverdell grant from the California Governor’s Office of Emergency Services (Cal OES) Paul  
Coverdell Forensic Science Improvement Program, including any Amendments, extensions, or  
other required documents, which assists forensic laboratories to improve their efficiency and  
effectiveness to provide forensic science services through improvement of the quality and  
timeliness of forensic science and medical examiner/coroner services, effective retroactive to July  
1, 2026, through June 30, 2027 ($50,834); and adopt a Budget Resolution increasing the FY

Fresno County Employees' Retirement Association

Receive Retirement Administrator’s certification to the Board of Supervisors that Jacob Woesner,  
a duly nominated and eligible candidate for the 2026 Board of Retirement Election of the Fresno  
County Employees’ Retirement Association (“Board of Retirement”), for Safety Member Seat No.  
7, was unopposed at the close of nominations under the Board of Supervisors elections  
procedures for Board of Retirement elections (“Election Procedures”); as provided by the Election  
Procedures, order that no election be held for such seat; and as provided by the Election  
Procedures, direct the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors, pursuant to Government Code § 31523,  
to cast a unanimous ballot, in the form of the official ballot accompanying this agenda item, in favor  
of Jacob Woesner as Safety Member Seat No. 7 on the Board of Retirement for a three-year term
