SUBJECT: Use of Kearney Park by Scottish Society of Central California

RECOMMENDED ACTION(S):
TITLE
Approve and authorize the Chairman to execute a three-year agreement with the Scottish Society of Central California for exclusive use of Kearney Park for a one day event in years 2017, 2018 and 2019 ($9,810).
REPORT

FISCAL IMPACT:

The event will have food, beverage (alcoholic and non-alcoholic), and merchandise booths.

The Society will provide all necessary staffing, equipment and setup to conduct the event, provide adequate security as determined by the Fresno County Sheriff's Department and Cal...
