RECOMMENDED ACTION(S):
TITLE
Approve and authorize the Chairman to execute Amendment IV to revenue Agreement No. 14-613 and related California Civil Rights Laws Attachment form with the California Department of Public Health, for Emergency Medical Services Agency Support extending the term one year from July 1, 2017 through June 30, 2018 with no increase in the maximum of $168,381.

FISCAL IMPACT:

There is no increase in Net County Cost associated with the recommended action. The agreement maximum remains unchanged at $168,381. The one-year extension to allows FY 2016-17 funds to be utilized for an additional year through June 30, 2018. Sufficient appropriations and estimated revenues are included in the Department Org 5620 FY 2016-17 Adopted Budget and will be included in the FY 2017-18 Recommended Budget.
