SUBJECT: Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act Mandated Partner Phase II Memorandum of Understanding Template

RECOMMENDED ACTION(S):
TITLE
1. Approve the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) Mandated Partner Phase II Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) Template.

2. Authorize the County Administrative Officer (CAO) to execute specific Phase II MOUs as they complete negotiation and are presented to the CAO's office.

FISCAL IMPACT:

There is no increase in net County cost associated with the Recommended Action. The FRWDB is 100% funded by non-County sources. These have their origin primarily with the United States Department of Labor, being supplemented by other federal and State of California grants.
