The Agreement provides Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funding for the Sanger Street Light Improvements (Phase VI) Project, which is included in the County's 2017-18 Action Plan as approved by the Board on August 8, 2017. This item pertains to a location in District 4.

The $189,649 Agreement amount is available from the City's 2017-18 allocation of CDBG funds as listed in the Action Plan. CDBG funds are provided on a reimbursement basis.
