RECOMMENDED ACTION(S):
TITLE
Approve the Addendum to Memorandum of Understanding for Representation Unit 02 - Sheriff’s and Probation Personnel, represented by the Fresno County Public Safety Association, effective April 8, 2019
REPORT
Approval of the recommended action would effectuate the tentatively agreed upon terms and conditions as delineated herein regarding Article 36 - Correctional Officer Assignments of the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for Representation Unit 02.
ALTERNATIVE ACTION(S):
If your Board were not to approve the recommended action, the existing terms and conditions would remain in effect.
FISCAL IMPACT:
There is no Net County Cost associated with the recommended action.
DISCUSSION:
In order to facilitate changes to specialty shift assignments in regards to shift premium for Correctional Officers within the Sheriffs’ Office, County representatives have met and conferred with the Association regarding the tentatively agreed upon language, as reflected in the Addendum.
