DISCUSSION:
On October 31, 2017, in a Board of Supervisors hearing RISICO protested the award of the Workers’ Comp Services Contract to AIMS. On November 14, 2017, after a thorough RFP process and hearing of protest, Fresno County officially awarded the contract to AIMS effective January 1, 2018. The Board of Supervisors asked Human Resources to return and update the Board of Supervisors after 18 months regarding the performance of AIMS as our contractor.
