RECOMMENDED ACTION(S):
TITLE
Approve and authorize the Chairman to execute an Agreement with Comprehensive Youth Services, Inc. for the provision of supervised visitation services, effective October 1, 2019, not to exceed five consecutive years, which includes a three-year base contract and two optional one-year extensions, total not to exceed $ 4,958,100.

Front Street, Selma 93662. The total cost of the recommended Agreements will be funded with a combination of Federal, State and County Social Services Realignment funds, with no increase to Net County Cost. This item pertains to locations in District 2 and District 4.

FISCAL IMPACT:

There is no increase in Net County Cost associated with the recommended action. The maximum amount of the Agreement ($4,958,100) will be fully offset with Promoting Safe and Stable Families (PSSF) and 2011 Realignment funds. Sufficient appro...
