SUBJECT: Addendum to Memorandum of Understanding for Representation Unit 30
RECOMMENDED ACTION(S):
TITLE
Approve the Addendum to the Memorandum of Understanding for Representation Unit 30 - Deputy District Attorneys, represented by the Fresno County Prosecutors Association, effective January 13, 2020.
REPORT
Approval of the recommended action would increase the number of eligible employees receiving a Performance Allowance from thirty-eight (38) employees to thirty-nine (39). The estimated cost for FY 2019-20 ($2,599) includes $1,423 in Net County Cost (NCC), which is included in the District Attorney (DA) and Department of Child Support Services (DCSS) FY 2019-20 Adopted Budgets and will be included in subsequent annual budget requests.
ALTERNATIVE ACTION(S):
If your Board were not to approve the recommended action, the number of eligible employees receiving a Performance Allowance will remain unchanged.
FISCAL IMPACT:
The total estimated cost associated with the recommended action for FY 2019-20 is approximately $2,599; $1,423 in NCC. Sufficient appropriations are included in the DA and DCSS FY 2019-20 Adopted Budgets and will be included in subsequent annual budget requests.
DISCUSSION:
The Addendum to the MOU would allow for the addition of one (1) eligible employee to receive the Performance Allowance.
