Evaluation and Strategic Prevention Planning

RECOMMENDED ACTION(S):
TITLE
Approve and authorize the Chairman to execute Amendment III to Agreement A-16-432 with LPC Consulting Services Inc., to modify and expand Substance Use Disorder Prevention Evaluation and Strategic Prevention Planning services extending the term by one year from January 1, 2021 to December 31, 2021 and increasing the maximum by $105,000 to a total of $540,000.

FISCAL IMPACT:

There is no increase in Net County Cost associated with the recommended action. The cost of the Amendment ($105,000) will be fully funded with SB 920 Alcohol Abuse Prevention and Realignment Funds. The total six-year maximum compensation for this agreement will increase by $105,000 to $540,000. Sufficient appropriations and estimated revenues are included in the Department's Org 5630 FY 2020-21 Recommended Budget and will be included in subsequent budget requests.
