RECOMMENDED ACTION(S):
TITLE
Approve and authorize the Chairman to execute a retroactive Amendment I to Agreement with the Fresno County Superintendent of Schools and the Fresno Police Chaplaincy Resiliency Center, to revise the name from Fresno Police Chaplaincy Resiliency Center to the Resiliency Center of Fresno as identified on their legal documents, with no change to the term of September 21, 2021 through June 30, 2024, or compensation maximum of $1,061,460.
REPORT
Approval of the recommended action will correct the Resiliency Center of Fresno's (Center) name on the agreement. The name was erroneous and does not exist as a legal entity; therefore, the Department of Behavioral Health is unable to reimburse for services provided. RETROACTIVE AMENDMENT:

The recommended amendment is retroactive to September 21, 2021, as the Department was notified on November 18, 2021 that the Center's legal name until after the agreement was executed.

FISCAL IMPACT:

There is no increase in Net County Cost associated with the recommended action. The maximum compensation for the recommended amendment remains unchanged at $1,061,460 for the term and will be financed with MHSA-INN funds. Costs will not exceed $341,539 for FY 2021-22. Sufficient appropriations and estimated revenues are included ...
