SUBJECT: Award Class A and Class B Job Order Contracts
RECOMMENDED ACTION(S):
TITLE
1. Adopt specifications for Contract Nos. 21-09-J, 21-10-J, 21-11-J, and 21-12-J Class A (General Engineering) Job Order Contracts;
2. Award Contract No. 21-09-J to the bidder with the lowest bid, Exbon Development, Inc., 13831 Newhope Street, Garden Grove, CA 92843, total not to exceed $3,000,000;
3. Award Contract No. 21-10-J to the bidder with the second lowest bid, Avison Construction, Inc., 40434 Brickyard Dr. Madera, CA 93636, total not to exceed $3,000,000;
4. Award Contract No. 21-11-J to the bidder with the third lowest bid, Emmett's Excavation, Inc., 1477 Menlo Avenue, Clovis, CA 93611, total not to exceed $3,000,000;
5. Award Contract No. 21-12-J to the bidder with the fourth lowest bid, American Paving Co., 315 N. Thorne Avenue, Fresno, CA 93706, total not to exceed $3,000,000;
6. Adopt specifications for Contract Nos. 21-J-02, 21-J-03, and 21-J-04 Class B (General Building) Job Order Contracts;
7. Award Contract No. 21-J-02 to the bidder with the lowest bid, Exbon Development, Inc., 13831 Newhope Street, Garden Grove, CA 92843, total not to exceed $5,185,091.94;
8. Award Contract No. 21-J-03, to the bidder with the second lowest bid, Durham Construction Company, 1025 Holland Avenue, Clovis, CA 93612, total not to exceed $5,185,091.94; and
9. Award Contract No. 21-J-04 to the bidder with the third lowest bid, C&C Contracting, Inc., 10620 Southern Highland Pkwy, Suite 110-130 Las Vegas, NV 89141, total not to exceed $5,185,091.94.
