RECOMMENDED ACTION(S):
TITLE
Approve and authorize the Chairman to execute First Amendment to Revenue Agreement (State Agreement No. 19-10960) with the California Department of Public Health for the Sexually Transmitted Disease Program Management and Collaboration Project, effective upon execution with no change to the grant term of July 1, 2019 through June 30, 2024 and increasing the maximum by $163,998 to a total of $1,136,753.

FISCAL IMPACT:

There is no increase in Net County Cost associated with the recommended action. The annual allocation for FY 2021-22 will be increased by $163,998 to a maximum of $1,136,753 over the term of the Agreement. The existing agreement allows full indirect cost recovery up to 22.579% of salaries and benefits. Sufficient appropriations and estimated revenues are included in the Department's Org 5620 FY 2021-22 Adopted Budget for estimated expenses and will be included in subseq...
