Title: 1. RECOMMENDED ACTION(S):
TITLE
1. Approve and authorize the Chairman to execute a retroactive revenue Agreement with the California Department of Public Health for the Immunization Local Assistance Grant, effective July 1, 2022 through June 30, 2027, total not to exceed $9,693,817.

2. Approve and authorize the Director of Public Health, or designee, to execute flu vaccine supplementary agreements for the sharing of flu vaccines that were provided to the Department by the State with interested medical providers that meet State and Department guidelines.

3. Approve and Authorize the Director of the Department of Public Health to submit any necessary forms for efficient administration of the grant through June 2027, without change to total award.
REPORT
There is no additional Net County Cost associated with the recommended actions. Approval of the first recommended action will provide continued non-competitive California Department of Public Health (CDPH) grant funding to support immunizations, outreach, and educational services through the Department of Public Health's Immunization Program. The funding provides staffing with related services and supplies. The agreement maximum for each fiscal year is $450,576, with an additional $7,440,937 in COVID-19 vaccine-related activities funding for FY 2022-23 that may roll over any unspent funds each year until June 30, 2025.
