SUBJECT: Retroactive Agreement with Air Methods

RECOMMENDED ACTION(S):
TITLE
Approve and authorize the Chairman to execute a retroactive revenue Agreement with Air Methods for emergency air ambulance services within the boundaries of Fresno County and use of the County's communication system infrastructure, effective April 1, 2024, not to exceed five consecutive years, which includes a three-year base contract and two optional one-year extensions, total not to exceed $46,744.
