RECOMMENDED ACTION(S):
TITLE
Approve and authorize the Chairman to execute Agreement with Delray Tire and Retreading, Inc. for tires and roadside tire services, effective upon execution, not to exceed five consecutive years, which includes a three-year base contract and two optional one-year extensions, total not to exceed $3,000,000.

Approval of the recommended action will provide Internal Services Department (ISD) - Fleet Services, Public Works and Planning (PW&P) - American Ave Disposal Site, and the Sheriff Coroner's Office, the ability to purchase tires and receive roadside tire services for vehicles and equipment. All costs associated with these services are recovered through charge backs to user County departments. Sufficient appropriations and estimated revenues are included in the Fleet Services Org 8910 FY 2016-17 Adopted Budget and will be requested in subsequent budgets subject to approval by your Board.

There is no Net County Cost associated with the recommended action for PW&P - American Avenue Org 9026. The Disposal Site is operated through the American Avenue Di...
