SUBJECT: Community Recidivism Grant - Amendments to Agreements
RECOMMENDED ACTION(S):
TITLE
1. Approve and authorize the Chairman to execute Amendment II to Agreement #15-241 with Focus Forward for the provision of community recidivism and crime reduction services extending the term by one year from July 1, 2018 to June 30, 2019 and increasing the contract maximum from $79,687 to $116,320;
2. Approve and authorize the Chairman to execute Amendment II to Agreement #15-243 with Poverello House for the provision of community recidivism and crime reduction services extending the term by one year from July 1, 2018 to June 30, 2019 and increasing the contract maximum from $79,687 to $116,320;
3. Approve and authorize the Chairman to execute Amendment II to Agreement #15-242 with Youth Centers of America for the provision of community recidivism and crime reduction services extending the term by one year from July 1, 2017 to June 30, 2018 and increasing the contract maximum from $79,653 to $116,286; and
4. Approve and authorize the Chairman to execute Amendment II to Agreement #15-240 with Boys and Girls Clubs of Fresno County for the provision of community recidivism and crime reduction services extending the term by one year from July 1, 2017 to June 30, 2018 and increasing the contract maximum from $79,687 to $116,320.
REPORT
There is no Net County Cost associated with the recommended actions, which will allocate $154,244 received from the Local Innovation Subaccount to Focus Forward, the Poverello House, Youth Centers of America, and the Boys and Girls Clubs of Fresno County extending these contracts another year.
