RECOMMENDED ACTION(S):
TITLE
1. Approve and authorize the Chairman to execute Amendment II to Agreement No. 15-323 with California State University, Fresno Foundation to reduce the term of the existing Agreement for program evaluation services by one year to September 29, 2017 and decrease the maximum by $273,967 to $258,621.

FISCAL IMPACT:

There is no increase to Net County Cost associated with the recommended actions. The proposed ame...
