RECOMMENDED ACTION(S):
TITLE
Approve and authorize the Chairman to execute Amendment III to Purchasing Agreement P-15-307-O with VMS Family Counseling Services, effective July 1, 2018, increasing the contract maximum by $121,000 for a total of $220,000 through June 30, 2020.

This item is countywide.

ALTERNATIVE ACTION(S):

If the recommended action is not approved, these professional services will not be provided to the Sheriff-Coroner personnel and their families. The County has a different agreement for similar services, but these services are for psychological evaluations.

FISCAL IMPACT:

There is no increase in Net County Cost associated with the recommended action. The recommended amendment will increase the maximum compensation by $121,000 to a total of $220,000. Sufficient appropriations are included in the Sheriff-Coroner's FY 2017-18 Org 3111 Adopted Budget. Sufficient appropriations and estimated revenues for the optional term extensions will be included in subsequent budget requests.
