SUBJECT: Amendment to Agreement with Cornerstone Structural Engineering Group, Inc.

RECOMMENDED ACTION(S):
TITLE
Approve and authorize the Chairman to execute the First Amendment to Agreement No. 13-557 with Cornerstone Structural Engineering Group, Inc., for engineering consultant services related to the Outside Canal Bridge Replacement Project on Russell Avenue, Federal Project No. BRLS-5942(195) extending the maximum term by five years (three-year base contract with two optional one-year renewals) from September 10, 2018 to September 10, 2023, with no increase in the maximum of $599,656.

FISCAL IMPACT:

There is no increase in Net County Cost associated with the recommended action. The Federal Highway Bridge Replacement Program will provide 88.53% or approximately $530,875 of Cornerstone's fee for the Outside Canal Bridge Replacement Project on Russell Avenue. The local match ...
