RECOMMENDED ACTION(S):
TITLE
Approve and authorize the Chairman to execute a retroactive Agreement with Pinnacle Training Systems, LLC, which replaces Agreement No. A-20-295-1 that terminated on December 30, 2020, to provide onsite COVID-19 testing services for County employees beginning July 9, 2020 through June 30, 2021 with no change to the compensation maximum of $2,665,600.

As testing services continue to be needed due to the COVID-19 pandemic and the ongoing spread of COVID-19 in the general County of Fresno population, approval of the recommended action will allow the County to continue testing services as previously agreed through June 30, 2021. This item is countywide.

ALTERNATIVE ACTION(S):

There is no viable alternative action. Should your board choose to not approve the recommended action, COVID-19 testing services will be disrupted at County facilities.
